I had an issue of broken YT in the batch 6mo. ago. Jim was on it in no time and had answers as to why. Having customer service this good should be SOP. The guy called my at home at diner time and it was like 1am in Aussie land. Then again another time to follow up like 9am here. 5pm Aussie time. Thats customer service. I may have times not just right but the point the guy went out of his way to make everything whole. GREAT company!

If they are in Sidney (east coast), when you got a call at 6 pm it 10 am the next day.

Well, as someone stated my comment was not the point, so it does not matter anymore.

But just in case anyone is curious, Melbourne and Sidney are in the same time zone.

McLoed and Sneakelman came over today to help with the work on the car. I had already pulled everything but the head. We pulled the head and low and behold found the broken piece of rocker sitting right down by the lifters. There were also several very small slivers that we cleaned up. We were able to reconstruct the broken rocker 100%!!!!!

I've got everything back together just waiting for the new rockers from YT.

Needless to say, I was greatly relieved to find the broken piece up top and didn't have to drop the cradle and pull the pan. I haven't been so relieved since Beth had her period back in high school...

I just looked at tracking the rockers. They tried to deliver them today while I was on the golf course. Pretty incredible. I emailed Jim on Monday and the replacement rockers were here today all the way from Melbourne, Au. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Oh well, I'll have them Tuesday.

Picked up the rockers from the PO today. Nice, complete set.

Now I just need it to be less than 115 degrees in the garage to install them, change the oil and put the DexCool in.

It's hotter than the 6th ring of hell here

I'm out now cleaning up the mess in my garage and it feels like I just opened an oven door.

I went to put the car up on stands. The jack got as far as the front of the car before I gave up. It's just too stinking hot. Maybe Friday evening when it's supposed to cool down to the mid- 90's.

It finally rained here this morning so I got the car back together. Installed the rockers, DexCool and an oil change. Brought it up to temp twice and it's all good. Thanks to Jim at Yella Terra for standing behind their rockers 100%. He was quick to respond and I had the replacement rockers all the way from Australia 5 days after I contacted him.

Back to terrorizing the streets!!!

In a Gentlemanly way - of course.

Default YT Customer Service is Great!

I agree with the comments about the great customer service from Jim at YT........follow up an keeping angry customers happy, in very tense situations is what a stand up company is all about! Have not had any issues since my mishap! Yella Terra can have my business again, on my next build!

Thanks again Jim,

The beast is running so well that I turned my prop shaft into a jump rope. That's with street tires on the street.

I should have it back from VA Speed this weekend.

I also had a problem with these rockers. Broke the "C" clip that holds needle bearings. Dumped these went with Jesels. Bulletproof.

I hate to bring this back from the dead but i have been in the process of trying to get a set replaced for several months so far. I originally contacted Kathy who referred me to Doug who only responded to my emails if i called him and he is actually at work. Eventually he told me he cant help any more and referred me to Jim. I have currently sent Jim 5 emails with no response at all. I am so tired of the BS that i tried to contact the BBB and they cant do anything because they are based out of Australia. Anyone got any advice or know if there is anyone above Jim that i can contact with this?
