question and wheels for sale

What is the rev limiter set at for a stock C5 ? I've forgotten. A friend has the optional magnesium wheels for sale. they include the caps, lugs, sensors and tires. 400 miles. He says $3000 firm.

I'm truely suprised that with all the brilliant people on this board, that no one knows what the stock rev limiter is set at.

rev limeter is at or around 6200 I think, not sure. and if your friend wants to sell his wheels you should post in the parts for sale forum :cheers:

A---- rev limiter is 6250 rpms
B---- $3k for the mags is wayyyyy overpriced :smash:

yes....3K$ way overpriced. that is over 2/3 way there on brand new custom fitment HRE's...

Don't be mad at me. I think they're ugly on most color cars. I do think they look good on a red or pewter car. They don't belong to me. Thanks for the rev limiter info.
