Borla is using me to test their new headers
Jim Hall at Halltech connected me with Borla to have them install their new stinger headers on my '02 Vert. I can't resist, they are doing it for free. They are going to dyno my car before and after to see the results, i will keep everybody posted if anybody is interested. I'm also going to have them install my stingers that have been sitting on my garage floor for 2 weeks cause i'm to chicken to install them. I'm going to Oxnard on Tuesday.

Are you sure that long-tube headers are smog-legal? Granted, you won't be getting your car smogged for a couple of years, but eventually..........

I don't really know much about their new headers. I guess if it was a no name brand i'd be alittle more worried but hopefully everything will work out. If i don't like it i'll just get another kind so i'm not too worried about it.

if you can try and get the install done sepeartelt, that way you can get accurate dyno increases for headers only ;)

Well I don't see any problem with that, since I have a vested interest in Borla. I'm still waiting to hear back from Nate@Xtreme for the Borla stinger 4 tip exhaust. :sleep: If they would only ask me I would have given my car up for the headers/dyno........ and just maybe a custom 4 tip Stinger exhaust to go. :D
