Default idle control

I recently took my 2001 c5 to the dealer because an oxygen sensor code was showing up. The dealer found a leak in a vacuum line and said the sensor was fine. As I drove away from the dealer I noticed my car died at the light. It runs fine out on the road. It seems to die when I come to a complete stop. I've replaced the spark plugs and wires. I've also replaced the maf sensor and air filters. Is there any type of sensor on these cars that control the idle.. something like an idle control relay? Any ideas on what else I can check for will be greatly appreciated. I have an appointment next week at the dealer but I would rather fix it myself if I can.

Find out exactly what they replaced/fixed/disturbed........and start there. If it did not die before you took it in, then it must have been something they touched.
