Hello,
I have a 1997, automatic.
My probem is I am hearing like a grinding noise from the front when I turn at low speed. Either way I turn the wheel I hear it. I was wondering if anyone knows what it could be?
Sorry I do not know what else to add.
Thanks for help.
Will it make the noise if you turn the wheel while stopped? With the engine idling, take a look at the harmonic damper (the pulley on the front of the engine) to see if it looks like it is wobbling.
Sounds like it could be your differential...common problem with C5's. There is an additive lube that goes in with the fluid. I had the dealer put extra additive in a couple years ago and it solved the grinding issue.

My differential is in the rear ...sorry, I had to.
If I read your post correctly, it sounds like you are having the grinding sound when you are moving and turning. If that's the case, time to pull your wheel bearings and replace them. Another simple thought though, grinding while touching the brakes? If so, glazed brake rotors is probable.
