Need to remove HUD glass
Just bought a 2004 C5 and there is something on the inside of the glass cover over the HUD distorting the image. Does anyone know how to remove it?

I agree. Removal and reinstallation of the dash pad is needed. My first and only time doing this, took a total of 2.5 hours start to finish. Not near as bad as you might think. When putting the sensors back in the top of the dash pad, try using string to hold them up, through the pad, while installing it.
