Ok, I tried to search the forum for my problem. My issue is that my clutch is engaging at the top of my pedal, I have about 1/2 inch to an inch to work with and it seems to be getting less and less every day. Do you guys know what the problem may be? It shifts fine; problem seems to just be the pedal.
It is the stock clutch. I am going to drop it off at the dealership. It is my DD so can't affored much down time. I finally did fine some info looks like you may be right.

Post back or PM me after you get the car out of the dealer, i've an an '00 with 29k on the original clutch thats doing the same thing. I just replaced my clutch master (leaking into car) and it made no difference.
I'd like to see what the dealer says and how they fixed yours. I'm hoping a clutch bleed does it as i dont want to replace the slave...

My GM warranty is going to cover it, they are replacing the Slave and Master... The Tech thinks this will fix it, but he seemed a little unsure of what I was talking about. Guess most just wait till it goes out... Should be done Tuesday if all goes well.
Thanks, replacing the master cured the leaking into the car but it did nothing for the very high engagement on mine so if the addition of the slave cures you let me know
