Currently I have a bone stock 99 coupe. With 44,000 miles. What kind of Horse Power bump can I expect from each stage? I am considering the following:
Stage 1
Z-06 heads
Z-06 intake
and bumping up the rocker ratio.
New tune
Stage 2
Cam
Long tube headers
New tune
How bad will I be hurting my mileage? Feel free to jump in with recommendations or alternatives.
I would start with the long tubes/Z06 intake and a tune. That should free up about 20-30 hp and keep drive ability stock like. A more agressive rocker ratio is not advised and roller rockers by themselves wont free up any power.
Once you move up to a head/cam swap, do a tune again and the whole combo will start to shine. I would recommend going with a ported head rather than stock Z06, and cam selection will vary depending on what you're after.
I picked up 35 rwhp with just a K&N FIPK II, LS6 intake manifold (ported), Port TB, and Magnaflow catback with X-pipe. No tune. Tuner said he'd get me at least 10 more rwhp...but I didn't pay the 500 for it, waiting on longtubes first.

336RWHP and 345 rwtrq with my puny list of mods.
That sounds like a great plan! Who did the porting on the intake and TB you or a shop? I have a friend with the Z-06 intake for 150.00 which I'm going to pick up. Thought I try a K&N as well. I have another thread going about long tubes so I thought I go with those get a tune and see where I'm at. I'm also thinking I might do Heads and a cam later then do a retune. Final goal would be some where in the 360-375 RWHP range.

Sounds like you're asking all the right questions and eager to start tearing into your project. My advise would be to lurk around for a while, keep asking questions and learn all you can before starting your project. The more you learn the more your ideas and opinions about what you want to do will change. It sucks modding b/f you have all the information you need and then having regrets a few months down the road. Shooting for 375 rwhp for heads/cam is extreemly low, and with the right h/c setup, you can have a very streetable ~450rwhp, and little to no loss in economy. Or you might even decide to skip that all together and go FI. A little bit of knowledge is dangerous, just ask me how I know
