DISCRIMINATING SENSOR - Do I need to change it?

After crash, both airbags changed, SDM unit is new, but still Tech 2 says something about sensor not present...
Do I need to change SENSOR,F/END INFL RST DISCRM?

It's called IMPACT SENSOR also.

I thought that 97 have no this sensor as is part of SDM, but I am wron probably.

I would check and make sure the impact sensor is there for one thing and plugged in next.After that,since it was wrecked, I would look for a cut/open wire in the impact area.

Well, sensor itself is undamaged as impact area was right wheel. Connector is clean and connected to sensor, but we'll check wires for continuity.

pin 9 and splice pack #208 (instrument panel harness, grounded to G104 => below battery tray)

This is my impact area.

So sensor is not problem to buy, but I need to be 100% sure that sensor MUST BE REPLACED after collision. Can anybody confirm OR disconfirm that please?
