Dumb question
I hate to ask this as it appears that I am mentally challenged but,
I purchased a 2002 this week and putting the license plate on. I can see that on the rear place it goes under the black (factory) plastic rectangular plate. So how do you open it up to put the plate under it. I am reluctant to pull around on it too much and break something while not knowing how it comes apart.
Duhhhh, how do I open it up?

Thank you for the response. I saw the holes on the sides earlier but it did not click on me that they were push tabs. It came right off as soon as I pushed them in.
