Stainless Works has been hard at work updating the rear end of our C5 catback exhaust, and let me tell you, it looks awesome!! We stole the 3.5" conical tips from our C6 catbacks!
Heres some pictures and link to our video
Any questions, let me know!

Rust? It looked like simple discoloration from the welds to me.
That could very well be, but if I was making a stainless system and offering up pictures of my product, I would have polished out the discoloration. Just not something that impresses me visually, both the clamps and the discoloration. Just offering my honest input. The easy way out is to just say nothing or say wow they look great(.) period!
Trying to offer honest input takes time to be specific about what does not work for you, in the hope that the OP_ takes that as honest input. Otherwise these topics should start out by saying " tell me what I want to here, as long as its positive."
Funny I have a welded Stainless steel system ( Corsa Indy Pace Car ) and I don't have any discoloration at the welds, no clamps on the tips. I could buy any system out there. Ive had this system for 11 years, it looks as good as the day I bought it.. its guaranteed for life..and there is nothing out there that would make me happier.

Why is there a slip fittine where the CAT back connects to the pipes in front of the axle? Would this system connect to a stock exhaust flange at this location or would the stock pipe need to be cut for the addition of this part?
Way too many clamps on that system. I especially dislike the clamps at each tip which are very visible from the rear of the car. Just giving my honest opinion.
While it might appear that everyone is ganging up on the OP. Consider it a plus that we have all found issues with your system. Ive always felt that good honest input is much better than the theory that if you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything. With that type of thinking, you may get people just being courteous, and the rest of the people with issues do not post anything.. This does a great dis-servce to the vendor, with very skewed data. I spent the last two years of my career with GM field de-bugging the C5.. this is exactly what the people here are doing with your system.. de-bugging it for you.
You should buff out the discoloration. It would make a big difference in the offering.
They wouldn't even need to buff them. There is an acid like chemical that can be wiped on the welds to remove the discoloration, which would be much cheaper and easier than buffing each piece. Maybe they could offer a polished system too.
