Default ABS Fixer info for new owner

Does anyone have input on this method of repair on the ebcm? I am getting the c1214 code along with the yellow lights and hope this will fix it. I tried the ground contact cleaning, but no luck. I didn't go under the car for the frame grounds, but figure the unit is probably bad anyways. I'm more than ready to pay 150.00 after seeing what a new one costs, just wonder if anyone has good or bad experience with him? I also see that a ebay site has the same thing for 50 dollars. I wonder why such a wide spread in cost? I'm pretty disalusioned with this car so far. I hope it's not as unreliable as I suspect. I probably got hosed by the guy I bought it from, but I'll save that rant for later. Thanks for any input.

I can vouch for Brandon. Sent mine to him two years ago, and everything was perfect. Then when I had my engine replaced it started throwing those codes again and he repaired it again for me for free. Great guy!

You need to pull you codes and see what the problem is:

The absfixer can only repair the relay for one or two codes which I think is the C1214 (a common problem) but for only 2001 and up.

Contact the FIXER of your choice and MAKE SURE that the DTCs your seeing are reparable and the EBTCM that you have is repairable before you send it.
