The front bumper cover is made of urethane and slids on and off. You'll need to remove all of the plastic close-out pieces up front, including the front air dam.
These are held in place with 7mm screws. There are also (2) of them that are into the lower radiator support bar.
The front Fascia is then bolted on the fenders and by the headlights, once these are all removed it should slip off with ease.
You do not touch the roof on a FRC unless you really want some problems.
The rear fenders are slotted to slide in on the rear of all later FRC's and Z06's.
If I remember right, those are the pieces that are like a harpoon hook with a wedge the middle. If you grab the center piece with plyers and pull down, the wedge pulls out of the fastener. Then the fastener slides out.

The quarters are tricky, according to the manual you have to destroy them to remove them, because you cannot undo the top screws otherwise.
Actually I wiggled the quarters after I got the screws out and they came out without damage.
Back to the garage shortly to figure out the rear bumper. Every nut is out except the two plastic connectors on the bottom by the exhaust. I will try your suggestion.

Only on the early FRC's. In late 1999 they started slotting the rear quarters.
