97' C5 Windshield wiper short?
Every once in a while my windshield wipers will go crazy. They will raise as if I've actuated my mist setting, then randomly go back down and then back up. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, what did you do to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
