Default 1999 FRC AC issues

Hey guys well I don't know when it started to happen but There is AC always coming from the Top Vent by the Dash. I try to go to any setting on the dial and still comes out. It seems that it got stuck there and now it does not move. What do I check first?

I did install a LS2 intake manifold. there is a small Vac that goes connected tot he stock ls1 intake manifold that I did not connect. Is that my issue ?

thanks,

Ed

Indeed it does. That particular vacuum line provides vacuum for the A/C controls, and A.I.R. Never leave anything disconnected, unless you understand what it is, and what it controls.

that is definitely your issue

edit: to add, dont EVER just leave a vacuum line unplugged either..at least plug it off. you probably give back 5-10 hp by having just that little vacuum leak..
