Noise From RF Headlight
I have searched this forum and don't find anything on my problem.
When I turn off the headlights on my '02 Targa I hear a whirring type of noise from the RF headlight for about 30+ seconds then it quits. The headlights raise and lower no problem other than this noise (so far).
Time to replace the headlight motor? Or ???

whine...grind...whatever, it's probably the gear if it's not an electrical type noise and it's coming from the headlight motor

But buy two gears and do both headlight motors at the same time. The "good" one will fail eventually.
