Who can do it and whats the best temps for hi and lo speeds with a 180 thermostat???

I did my own with a handheld programmer. Fan 1 On at 186 off at 179 Fan 2 on at 195 and off at 187

Or a local tuner can do it for you.

What kind of tuner and where can I get one and how much do they cost and how easy or hard are they to use??
