Ok I tried the search thing so dan't slam me to bad. What is the difference in HP if any by using long tube headers vs Short tube. I don't think it can really be a hell of a lot. Also do you guys have a problem with long tube headers hitting the ground if the car is lowered? Thanks everybody.
Depends on what you consider a hell of a lot. The headers/exhaust is not the lowest point on these cars. Longtubes will provide a MUCH bigger area under the curve (more power over a larger RPM range - which is what makes you faster) compared to shorties, which in some cases "might" peak in a similar area. Not the same.
I saw a dyno comparison of a C4 with stock, long tubes and shorties. The short tube headers did not pick up much horsepower but they did really flatten out the torque curve. I wouldn't say they are of no benefit, but if you have the option long tubes win hands down.
My car is lowered all the way on stock bolts and I have Melrose headers. I have never dragged the headers. A friend has ARH and they seem to hang lower. She has dragged them more than once. I guess it depends on the brand.

they make a difference. How much? if that's the only mod you're doing, not very much. If you intend to do H/C or a blower ,now or at sometime in the futur, they make a significant difference.

don't know of anyone who has properly installed a set of LT headers having a "dragging" problem. If I can install my set without any issues, I figure anyone should be able to do it.
