Default question about shocks please

I have a 99 vert with f45 shocks, I can not tell any difference when I set control to soft, or perf, all three settings feel the same to me no matter what kind of road I am on, is this a very small diference in feel or is mine probably worn out, no codes in dic, and rides pretty firm, only thing I have noticed is it does not sit exactly level, is there any way other than taking them off and feeling resistance to be sure, thanks guys

what's the mileage? Shocks a probably worn out.
They are not the best. I couldn't tell much different with mine.
I just replace my F45 with C6 Z06 from parts warehouse,I couldn't be more happy.

Maybe someone already deleted the F45 shocks.

I went throught this a few weeks ago.
What I found out is that you will not notice much diffrernt from one setting to another .,
Also that after 50k or so this shocks are pretty much worn.
Do you feel the back shock bottom out on small bumps in the road?
If you want to go back with stock it will cost around 2k.
I would recomend the C6 Z06.
There is an easy way to deactivate the system here in the forum.
Look for my posting title easy way to deactivate F45.
Also if you want to find out if someone already delete it.
Go to any shock and disconnect the electrical connector to the shock selenoid.
Then start you car. You should see a message saying your speed is limited to 85 miles
Good luck!

I have 40K miles on mine and never felt much difference between settings. When on the MAX setting the car feels a little more jittery over road irregularities. However, when driving aggressively in corners I can definitely feel the difference. It stays much flatter and transitions much better.

I'm the original owner of my '01 coupe, and for some reason, I ordered the F45, when I probably should have ordered the Z51. Having said that, I've switched between all 3 settings every once in a while and have hardly noticed any difference....
