Default Coolant Leak

When heading thru the garage on my way to work this morning I spotted a stream of coolant from the Vette. Didn't have much time to investigate but it looks to be coming from the drivers side lower corner of the radiator. A quick swipe of the hand and it was dripping from there. I didn't see any hoses on that side. The upper hose showed no sign of leaking. I don't have any ramps to drive up on to take a better look when I get home so I'm looking for your thoughts.

Thanks
Mark

Fluid can migrate, but you will just have to get under the car and investigate.

I hope it is just a loose hose on the other side. I didn't have time to check this morning.

It's probably not the water pump if its on the left side. The biggest problem Ive seen from many in Private message is the left side expansion tank gasket( they don't solder these (plastic) expansion tanks anymore,,) Sometimes the gasket shrinks on one side. The expansion tanks are crimped. There is a short term fix
with no damage to the coolant system.. Its is a packet ( 5 tablets ) of ACDelco coolant system repair... The other common problem is the expansion tank will crack.. a small split that Will cause a difficult diagnosis, without exposing the radiator expansion tanks. Good luck with your problem
