Default Clutch going?

Several years ago I was doing a hard acceleration run from 1st to 2nd and then 3rd (smooth with no burnout) in my 2003 Z06. When I went to put it in 3rd, the clutch pedal stuck in. I didn't panic since I had read about the sticky clutch problem. I coasted and pulled it out with my toe. But then it stuck out and I could not push the pedal down. I pulled over, turned the car off and inspected the pedal. It was simply stuck!. I was frustrated and got back in and pushed quite hard on the pedal and something broke and fluid actually was present. I managed to get the car in 1st, crank it and limp it to a friends house and have it towed to the dealer. The clutch was not harmed, but I dont remember what was replaced under my extended warranty. I remember the tech saying something about a TSB on some part that was replaced with a better one. Anyway ever since that day, my clutch has been harder to push down. I chalked it up to the new improved replacement part. I say all of this just for refference. My pedal is still pretty stiff although it is softer when it is cold so I know some of it is due to clutch fluid needing replaced although even when I follow Ranger's advice, it doesn't seem to help for more than a day or so before getting stiff again. Anyway, over the last year, the engagement point of the clutch pedal has gotten lower. It is still a few inches from the floor, but definitely lower than stock. Anyway, does this mean the clutch is going bad? Once engaged, I can accelerate hard with no clutch slipping. I have also noticed that when I shift, just when i first start to push in the clutch, I feel a little vibration. Also, there seems to be a little vibration in the entire drive train at low RPM's or if my throttle blip is not perfect. Not sure if this is related or if the motor mounts just need new bushings. Anyway, just seeing if anyone has experienced this and if so, any advice you have. If I do need a new clutch, what other things should I replace while that is being done. Should i go to a stage 2? Should I stay with stock but a different part vendor? Any other input would be appreciated.
