Got a Check Engine light, code P0410. Help needed.

Got a Check Engine light, code P0410. Help needed.
Was out for a leisurely cruise when the light came on. Pulled over, and checked for codes. Came up with P0410: AIR system. What is it referring to? Anybody else get this before? I would like to save a trip to the dealer, so any help is appreciated. Thanks. :)

Have you put headers on?
If not check for any disconnected hoses or componets of the AIR system.
It could have been a blip, one time only code. after 50 ignition cycles the code should disappear from the DTC. did the code have a C or H behind it?

I had it happen after I put on my headers. If it doesn't keep coming up I wouldn't worry about it. I ended up replacing mine along with both check valves that kept throwing codes.

yo Tu..its jay w/ the SS. like everyone says you might wanna check your air system, specifically your air tubes. Sometimes when you put on headers it burns out the check valves..thus probably givin you that code. What i did was i used restrictor plates so i wouldnt burn mine out.

I have the TPIS LT headers. Didn't check if the code had a C or H behind it. I am *assuming* it was a current code, since the check engine light appeared as I was driving. Should have paid more attention though :mad: Thanks again!
