Default Contervible top adjustment

First, I did a search. There was some info, but I wanted to see if there was any that was specific to my issue. I have a 99 , the dirvers side window lines up perfectly under the top and against the weatherstriping. The passenger side does not. The top of the back window rides almost against theoutside of the top and does not set under the top. Is this a window adjustment or are there tension adjustments that can be done to the top? I haven't really had a chance to look under the top to check it out, but thought someone here may have already been through this.
Thanks

Sounds like you need to adjust the window tilt-in. There are threads on how to do this. I've never done this, but it seems simple.

Thats what I am thinking, I have a manuel with instructions for the window adjustments. I guess its really not an issue if I leave the top down. LOL Thanks
