99 headlight problems.....help

99 headlight problems.....help
I've already done a search and could not find an answer to my problem...
The headlights won't turn on. The heaqdlight actuator motors don't run and the lamps are off when the switch is turned on. I've already changed the gears to brass in both motors about 2 years ago. The parking lights work fine.
I found 2 fuses under hood that claim to be for the motors and they are hot on both sides.
What I need now is a comprehensive wiring diagram for the headlights, so I can find a common fault for the motors and lamps.
A wiring diagram and any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
