error code and lower on stock bolts

error code and lower on stock bolts
my car 02 z06 3/4" lowered all around with 18" front and 19" rear, have red devil brakes system
-i got error code (service traction, service active handling) while the car
on parking and not even have the engine start.
- and couple days ago i just reset the error code history till "no more
code" showed.
- i already take off and clean the ground connection for EBCM and BPMV

the codes c1276 H
the codes c1288 H C
so what should i do next for this issue?
next thing is:
- is anyone while they lower the car on stock bolt or aftermarket bolt, instead of go to coilover system, why dont we just take off the standard spring and cut them like 1 round and by doing that we are not gonna bottom the spring and still get a good handling
