Help with engine grounds on engine build
(convenience) U1064 - Loss of communication to the DIM
(convenience) U1096 - Loss of communication to the IPC
(restraints) B1001 - Option configuration error
(Brake) C1278 TCS Temporarily inhibited by PCM
(PCM) P0443 Evap solenoid valve 1
(PCM) PO803 1-4 upshift malfuntion
Found on LS1tech another guy who had the same problems and everyone said check his ground on back of engine.
Ok, I didnt hook the bracket up to the bellhousing and I dont know what ones im missing,....if any.....??
(also had to take heads off cause they were 852 castings and I used MLS gaskets = leak around the notch on the head....grrrr....anyway..)
Here is a pic of the current grounds... Am I missing any? And also the small black wire that comes out of the starter harness.... is that a ground or should that go to the POS on the starter? Its hard to see in the pic but I have it hooked up to ground.
