Default flashing dash then nothing ? no start

Hi guys .Back again
I posted a week back that i had trouble codes galore and the dash was flashing , I was advised to check the grounds (which i did ) and it seemed to fix the problem to an extent , I have now been running the car with some strange results ?? Firstly she doesnt seem to like the cold ??? i had an early 5am start and guess what ? she wouldnt start, there was at first no odometer display (just blank ) everything else was working seat easy entry ok ..switched it all off took out key locked and then opened again and i then got the easy entry seat working fine but the odometer was flashing rapidly and intermittently and again no start ...when i say no start i mean nothing happens at all , no crank . Nothing .. I decided to give myself a half day today( after getting the misses up at 4 45 am to take me to work ) to try and fix the car and when i got home i put the key in and bingo ! no problem at all ? i switched her on and off 5 =6 times and she never missed a beat ? took her for a run parked her up and i am now wondering if she will start in the morning ?
The car is a 2002 vert 53k on her and well maintained , i originally posted the codes P1518 -U1064=B2284-2285-2282-2262-2264and 2285 all of which had H next to them .. I replaced the battery ,Reset all the codes and she was ok ( to an extent ) for a while but still flashing the display some of the time when you first put the key in but then going into the full start up procedure as normal ?
Today i have re cleaned the two grounds up behind the headlights and the one under the battery hoping it will be ok as i have another early start in the morning .
If she doesnt start tomorrow i can see a bunch of flowers may be required for the misses or maybe a sleeping bag in the shed ????
HELP PLEASE

How old is your battery? Cold temperatures are hard on batteries, and it could be that your's holds just enough voltage to crank at warmer temps but not when it is cold.

Also spend some time cleaning up the terminals on the battery and the cable ends. Make sure all connections there are tight. Also make sure the connections on your starter and alternator are tight.

Good luck with the Misses.

Ok .This is starting to get really strange .... This morning got up extra early in case no start and she fired up fine ! took her on a round trip of around 120 miles including 3 stops with no problem at all . then got back had a cup of coffee went back out in her to the local shop and she cut out twice within 3 minutes of being started ??? It would appear i have now fixed the dash and starting problem but now have a cut out issue ? there are no codes (as that was the first thing i checked ) and after getting her back to base i have left her running and no problem ? the good thing is she did re start after 3 tries , the first and second sounded like no fuel ? as she turned and kind of started then cut out straight away like there was nothing to burn ?
I dont know if its a coincidence as the two problems dont sound to me like they are related ??
By the way The battery is new and is original AC Delco , all cables tight and thanks for the good wishes for the misses they seem to have worked ! but i did help it along with a bunch of flowers and a nice bottle of wine

You most likely have a low or no voltage issue. Start by remving and cleaning the battery terminals. Retorque them to 11 ft/lbs.

If your still getting the weird displays on the IPC, you may be having an ignition sitch issue. Check out this post:

See if that resolves your issues.
