Maybe something as simple as the main wiring harness connector to the IPC is not plugged in securely or properly.

My thoughts exactly. Those switches seldom fail outright.

Thanks for the diagram! One last, would you have the one that shows the wires from there to either the ignition switch, the driver's door or maybe directly to the IPC?? Or I wouldnt mine even paying for it if it's available.

I removed the hole dash and cluster to make sure everything was properly plug and tight. I even cleaned the IPC connections. The car has the HUD from factory.

That is sweet! The car is in storage for winter but I will try to go have a look at these wires.

I remember that when I hit the button to back up the seat, the motor had a bit of hesitation. That might be related..

Tell me how much you want and I will be glad to contribute! And do you know where I can purchase one of these technical manual??

You can order ANY Corvette Service manual set from Gene Culley.

His site is www.gmpartshouse.com. The paper back books are a thick 3 volume set and each set is year specific and I believe there approx $110. for the set.

Give him a call. He will ship you out a set ASAP.
