Redoing my Interior Thread
Not a complete redo, just do it the way it should have come from GM in the 1st place.
1. The Autometer triple gauge pod overlay had to be molded together. This piece is substandard by any scale and fits like crap.-Installed 10/6
2. Double Din the radio bezel
3. Purchase & Install Pioneer Nav/DVD/Ipod radio
4. Paint the center of the radio bezel gloss black
5. Get rid of the ashtray door
6. Get rid of the cup holder, its useless anyway.
7. Create a pod where the cup holder was to hold my boost controller
8. Have custom plate made for center console to hold switches
9. Move nitrous switches to center console
10. Move Alky Controller controls to center console
11. Change all interior button bulbs to Blue LED-Completed 10/3
12. Change all interior lighting to white LED-Completed 10/3
13. 1/2 Wrap the sides of the radio bezel in Black Leather w/ silver stitching
14. Wrap the sides of the center console in Black leather w/ silver stitching
15. Wrap the top of the arm rest in Black Alcantara (sides in Black Leather w/ silver stitching)
16. Change 6 speed manual shift boot to Black Alcantara w/ silver stitching
17. Change E-Brake boot to Black Alcantara w/ silver stitching
18. Wrap the E-Brake handle in Black Leather w/ silver stitching
19. Wrap the traction control in Black Alcantara
1-7 is being done by Dennis @ Double D
8 is being made by Beer99C5
9-10 requires extending the wires by me
11-12 got bulbs from JW Motoring & TStar
13-19 is being done by Chris @ Carskinz.
All the parts are at the respective vendors as we speak and parts should be dribbling back in over the next 2 months. I will update this thread as I get parts back in the car with pics.
Now I know that some of your have had a bad experience with Chris, so I would ask that you leave your negative comments off this thread. I have seen his work and I think its top notch. He assured me that this build will go off without a hitch. Stay tuned.
Mods.. if this isnt Tech enough then please move to General

Notice the nitrous switches are in a piece of ABS, and the methanol controls are drilled into the radio bezel, by the shifter.... ugh.. What the hell was I thinking
