Today I drove my car in to work. One of the few days left in the driving season. I pulled in for a cup of java & noticed the "service traction, abs active handling". So I normally check for codes & clear the tcs h. Now it won't clear. What do you all think?.

EBCM. Do a search for this. Lots have had the problem, including myself. I dont know what kinda personal/business life you have. But i can say this. If you take that to the dealership, that part is gonna cost between $1200-$1500....maybe a lil more. Thats not includin labor. It ends up being around or just a lil over 2g's for the fix from the Stealership. However....there is a light in the darkness. Very seldomly does the EBCM fail as a whole. Its usually a solenoid are 2 on the inside. Dealerships and most places wont do a subpart repair. Look up ABSFixer...Could be the solution your lookin for

Thank you, Sir. My personal/business is BROKE.. Can I still drive the car once I clear the codes?. This seems to happen more often then before. So I know eventually I will not be able to clear the code, at that point I will get the EBCM rebuilt by ABSfixer. Thanks.

Yes you can drive with the codes, you just wont have ABS or a traction system. So becareful and leary of that. You can even drive the car once the EBCM is removed. Just be sure to wrap and protect the circuitry before takin off down the road.
