Transmittion

So, it's time for a rebuild... Anyone have any suggestions on what to get for the T56 Tremec? A friend referred me to thegearbox.org, they have a master rebuild and basic. I know nothing about transmittions whatsoever.

Cause the guy who had the car before me can't drive. So he left me fixing a bunch of small things.. I will check out the 2 listed companies today as well, thanks guys!
