I plan on going with a set of these gears during the winter and I found a set of these for like $380 bucks from www.speed-eng.com what do most people sell a set of these gears used for? Since I searched but all the posts were pretty old. I didn't post a WTB in the sale section because I am just poking around for price value.

My recommendation is RPM. I have been using their transmissions and differentials for years. They do quality work. T.J. and Rodney are great to work with.
Call them and get expert advice on your project.
If you have a different installer make sure they inspect used gears before you buy. Most installers prefer to use new gears or gears they have inspected.
Of course I would find a local shop in my area of SC and have them possibly call the place I was buying them from and ask questions and so on. I haven't planned on buying a whole diff, but I am not ruling it out.

This is not your typical gear install. FYI. What diff do you have now as some require different gear sets I think. I would advise at least calling RPM and get some info.
In the "for what its worth category", a couple of years ago I swapped my 3.42 for a DTE 3.73. Should have gone with 4.10. While there was an improvement in bottom end, for the cost - do the lower gear.

410 with a 6spd in my 383 is awesome. So glad I did it. Pulls extremely hard.
