I'm right with you, I love this system! I only experienced popping the first 2 days. I think once the system heats up and breaks in the popping is reduced. Congrats on the new system

I have only had mine on for a day, but I love them already. Much louder, but definitely not too much. I'm not noticing much popping at all. Installation was a complete breeze once I drop the rear sway bar. In total in took just over a half hour after getting it in the air.

I got mine on today, and my impressions (at least for Day One) are slightly different. The popping is pretty insane, crusing around my neighbourhood I feel like apologizing to people on the street :) Hopefully that will go away somewhat over the next few days, if not, it's off to get an X-pipe. Resonance is also an issue, if I remember correctly around 2500rpm in second and about the same rpms in 3rd it resonates pretty strongly, as well as some resonance in 5th and 6th at low rpms with a heavy foot. The sound wide open is awesome, as is the idle, basically sounds as mean as hell :) Hopefully a few more days will smooth out the sound, it's 40 degrees outside, and I've only had them on for 5 hours, so it's hardly time to cast final judgement on these. Also, I've only heard the stock exhaust and the Z06 Ti exhaust, so not much to compare it to (although the Z06 exhaust has a sweet sound :)) Anyone else want to chip in with their first day experience of this system?

Patman,
Picture #2--looks like the "mufflers/resonators" hang pretty low. Are you happy with the look? Nick

Guess I will be next. I just got mine on about 3 hours ago, and wow what a difference it made with the A4. When I first started the car it made this wonderful rumble/burble during idle that just sounds so sweet. The sound the car should make when it was new if you ask me. The rumble was not really noticable with the windows up, but very noticable with them down. The car is considerably louder during acceleration, however it is a nice deep rumble as it accelerates and is not really intrusive at all. There is a little bit of resonance at certain RPM's during acceleration, but once you settle into a nice cruising speed at 70 or 75mph it is not much louder than stock and no resonance. Must say...... It's the best choice I have made so far and have no regrets at all. Plus, it just sounds freakin wicked when you bury that pedal!!
Will try to get pics tomorrow and post.

Okay guys, I'm hearing too many good things about this exhaust. But one thing that has not been addresses is the GAF (Girlfriend Acceptance Factor). This will translate to the WAF for some of you.

What's the story there?
