Switch as in the cushions or the entire seat with the electronics? The driver's seat contains the SCM and associated wiring.

Probably yes but you can get new foam inserts relatively cheap if that's what you need otherwise an upholstery shop can help with the bottom and you may need them anyway due to the hog-nose rings and special pliers for those.
