Will my trans conversion require a new cam?
I've done some searching regarding cam choices but didn't really find what I was looking for.
I currently have a Crane Cams 144HR00067 intake 220 exhaust 240 with 551 of lift. I have the required double springs in my LS2 running a 3,200 Yank and 3.42 gears with the A4.
However, I have a Z06 transmission I want to swap in. The cam says the rpm range is 2,400 to 5,900 with valve float at 6,500.
Is this cam no good with an M12? Or, do I just need to go with a light flywheel?
Anyone running this cam in their stick car?
