any ideas on replacing the gear shift **** with a hurst round **** on a 2000 c-5 6 speed, removing is no problem but putting in the new one, looks as if the jam nutwill show?. or is there an adapter, or does the boot hide the jamb nut. t/u black match box (GINO)
