Logical Modification Path
I just recently sold my supra and so i'm back in the market for another car. I'm considering either a vette or a supra, mainly. I may also consider a ws-6 ls1. I love the lines of the vette... it's a gorgeous car. However, i feel comfortable with the supra and i can make 450 hp reliably and cheap. If i did purchase a C-5, it wouldn't stay stock long; so my question to the forum is this:
What is the logical modification path to follow and how much do these parts cost and what's the approximate power gain for each part? I've seen some pretty deadly combos that didn't seem TOO expensive. But then i hear people talking about spending 1300-1500 dollars for headers, and then they say they only see a 5-7 hp gain on the dyno....
