Default Measurements Needed

Would anybody mind measuring the width and height of their backup lights for me? I'm planning on making all four of the tail lights on my 73 brake and tail lights. That means my backup lights (the inner two tail lights) would go away. Since I will have sidepipes on the car, if the C5 backup lights will fit in the rectangular exhaust openings in my rear valance, they might work out great for me.

Thanks in advance, Rob

Thanks for taking the time to measure these for me.

It turns out they are just a little too large to go with my first plan. however, my plan B would allow me to use them, but I would have to use an exhaust filler rear valance. I've already got one, but was really hoping to go with A. I really need something more in the 7.25 x 3.50 size range. I may have to start looking into something aftermarket.

With plenty of water for cooling, couldn't you belt sander down the
C/5's ?

That would mean removing 1 5/8 in height and 2 1/2 in width. I think that's just too much, but thanks for the suggestion!
