With door upholstery trim off, speaker assembly out and moisture barrier removed you can adjust the travel height of the window. Lower the window halfway down so you can see the regulator guides through the openings. The screw adjusters are on the guides where they clamp to the glass. Sorry, I don't know jack about vert tops.
