so i need to swap my starter ive finally figured it out. new battery same results not starting. one click. so my next problem is i have long tube headers that cross over the starter so the space to pull out the starter is too small. whats the easiest way to go about this? disconnect header from block or can i disconnect from mid pipe and maybe get some wiggle room? i really dont want to replace header gasket but will if i have too. can i loosen the headers just enough from the block so that i dont have to replace the gasket and still can move the headers a little?
Well I can disconnect the battery from the siliniod. (spelling, horrible I know lol)
I just don't think I can drop the starter the hole isn't big enough...
Ok got you.. I just bought one from napa.. Lol hopefully doesnt come back to bite me. Well then I'll hopefully try and reuse my gasket! That's good news didn't want to spend more money
