Will Drag Radials kick off Traction Control?
Once over about 40mph and pressing hard on the pedal the car kicks off Traction Control alerts and shuts the fun down. If I take off TC or put it in Comp mode all is fine..
I seem to remember that the the computer monitors the fronts and back and if it determines there is a 3% differential in speed ( the rears turning faster than the fronts) it uses TC..
I never had this problem on my 2000 C5 but them the fronts might be worn down enough to be in tolerance..
Either that or the 2000's had more tolerance than the 2001's
Does this make sense? Is everything normal?

I think so. However I'm not sure of the "%" difference between front and rear tire heights
I had to borrow someones c6Z fronts to make it home one day from the track because they needed to use my trailer, anyway, I ended up having to turn off traction control because of the backs (his fronts) being a bit smaller then my DR's and original tire height, the car would sense it and think it was spinning.
