Does anyone do this locally. I just need the bulbs replaced. I have the bulbs already, just need some to install.

Hey Mike,
I think you are asking the wrong question. You do not need an HVAC repair shop, you need an "electronics" repair shop.....or any shop capable of board level repair.

A couple of screwdrivers and a $15 soldering iron is all it takes.....and a lot of patience, but it is not difficult if you take your time. It actually takes only a couple of hours from start to finish if you know what you're doing.
