that depends on how you do it!
I'm assuming you are looking at the direct replacement LED modules that are sold in many places including by several forum vendors, you can get festoon bulbs for the non-auto diming mirror. or the footwells and cargo area and the glovebox use a 194 bulb. if you get the LED 194's the answer is no (sorta) you do need a resistor, but those bulbs have them built in so they are ready to go for 12V applications.
for some really good light consider replacing them with some LED strips. check out jwmotoring.com he's got all kinds of great stuff including cargo lights that work 10x better than stock even with an LED in them, or LED strips for the floor lights that put way more light onto the floor than a single 194 bulb.
I've done all of this (bulb replacement and adding strips) so let me know if you have any questions! I can show you some pictures...
