I just read through this thread and could not see where you clarify the length change of your new engine mount. How much lower will the engine sit with the new mounts vs. with the OEM mounts?
Also, please confirm the transmission mount is the same height as OEM - thanks!

Our standard engine mounts are OEM height. Our shorter version engine mounts are .360" shorter. Our transmission mounts are OEM height.
I just installed these new engine mounts and they are about 1/2" shorter which also allows clearance for the FAST 102. You can't really tell the engine is any lower.

My concern with the lower mounts is how far my LG headers already stick out below the car. If I ever go with a FAST intake and have clearance issues at least i know there's a shorter mount available. Once installed I could measure the clearance between the manifold and the cowl and shim the engine back up as far as possible without causing a rubbing condition. I wouldn't want my headers another 1/2" lower than they already are, I'd never get out of my driveway!

We cannot guarantee fitment of other parts when lowering the engine. In our experience, we haven't seen any issue so far. However, your results could vary. Keep in mind that you can always shim the mounts higher if needed.

Do you have the install document online and/or a video showing the install of these shorter motor mounts? My FAST 102 is rubbing directly against the firewall cowl and I'm not real comfortable with that. Plus I'm having an issue with clearance between the back of the driver side fuel rail and firewall that I'm thinking a shorter motor mount might help out with somewhat.
I've read you saying that you can simply drop the cradle to install these (btw, I have Pfadt MMs in there now), but that might be easier said than done with my STS plumbing underneath the cradle. I'm assuming that I have to drop the cradle enough to to remove the Pfadts and put yours in, so what are we talking about, 6 inches or so? Those threaded bolts top and bottom long LONG....
So some pictures and video, please, so I can see what the heck I'm in for.

We haven't written an official installation guide because the job is the same as swapping a stock GM mount. I can't give you an exact frame drop, but 5-6" seems like it would be enough.
Your STS plumbing may have to be moved for the frame to lower. I can't speak to that without seeing the car. I'm sure you can tackle the installation. Just plan for a few more minutes than the guy without the STS kit.

Thanks.
We do not have an installation guide. We recommend that you loosen both sides of the subframe. Lower one side while the opposite side is still loosely connected to the car. Change the mount and repeat on the opposite side.
