Shifter boot question

I'm in the process of switching from an A4 to a M12 in my 2004 coupe. I have a new shift boot from Corvette Essentials. I am told that I need a ring at the bottom of the boot that attaches to the console. I'm assuming there is a ring for my A4. Does anyone know if it is the same for the manual boot?

I'm down to the last nitty gritty parts.

I found the answer to the question on the Vette Essentials site. Now I just need to find the part.
