Radio removal ??
I have a '99 FRC and think I want to remove the radio and speakers. The long tubes and Borla's make it near impossible to listen to the radio without it so loud I can't hear myself think. I rarely even turn it on and when I do, I just find myself scanning though the channels and not listening to anything. I plan to use the space for the switches to a line lock and electric exhaust cut outs.
How much havoc is this going to cause? codes? If it throws a code, any real effect on the car other than a radio code?
