Tuner in Oregon

Hey folks, I need to find a tuner in the state of Oregon. Every Chevy
dealer I have contacted say that I can't remove the F55 suspension.
I read in the forum that I need a "tech II". the dealers are doing the
song and dance.
I need a tuner in Oregon......HELP!
