Gentex mirror problem
I have read every post on auto dim mirrors we have. I have tried the C5forum method (brn/blk X X X org/org no reverse wire) and what I get is the map lights working in reverse, off when door opens and on when the lights go off. I guess the 01& up Vette mirrors are plug and play but not other car mirrors.
1 (and only one) thread mentions that a 98 Vette has reverse map polarity and the relay is needed to get them working properly. Without me buying a new Mito harness that has the polarity switch what can I do to fix this? Is there somewhere I can buy the reversing switch? Thanks in advance.
