Default wheel offset question

Right now I have a 19x10 rim with an 65mm offset. Will a 19x11 rim with the same offset stick 1" furthur out or will it be 1/2" on both sides?
TIA

I have 19X11 with the same offset. I can run a 325/19/30 without the tire sticking out past the wheel wells.

Wheel offset is the measurement from the center of the wheel rim to the inner face of the hub.
