Hello All,
What is the best way to clean a MAF sensor without causing damage? I'm using a K&N oiled filter and am sure I need to clean the sensor by now. What do you guys recommend? And when I say guys I mean ladies too. It is Valentine's Day and I don't want to live to regret including you.

I'll take Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner for $200....
It's doubtful that your MAF is dirty due to simply using a K&N filter. If you excessively oil the filter, then maybe, but not if it's been used in it's intended manner. But a quick spray with CRC's cleaner won't hurt.
Removed MAF and cleaned with spray on Brake Cleaner
Did this on a nice warm day. Removed MAF. Sprayed wires and inside passage with brake cleaner. DO NOT TOUCH THE WIRES! Let dry thoroughly. Cleaned TB with carb cleaner. Replaced MAF. No more sputtering at moderate throttle at 50-60 MPH. (had replaced plugs and wires about 3 months prior so I knew they weren't causing the sputtering)

"if you excessively oiled the filter" = DEFIANTLY.
I've used both electrical parts cleaner spray as well as brake parts cleaner spray with no negative effects from either. As stated above, do not touch the wires or elements of the sensor.
